With July came another wave of storms and heat, but summer this year, despite extreme weather conditions, is truly likeable nonetheless. For fresh raspberries from local venders, for wandering around town looking for the slightest shadow to hide in, for cold beet soup, blueberry buns filled with fruit, solving crosswords on the balcony, fresh flowers, homemade compote (still on my to-do list!) and long evenings spent on concerts and in restaurant outside seatings. It's all truly lovely.

Lipiec przyniósł do Poznania kolejną falę burz i upałów, ale lato, mimo kapryśnej pogody i nieznośnych temperatur, wciąż da się lubić w tym roku. Za świeże malinki na targu, za spacery w poszukiwaniu cienia, chłodnik, ociekające nadzieniem jagodzianki, krzyżówki rozwiązywane na balkonie, kwiaty, domowe kompoty (jeszcze w planach!) i wieczorne wyjścia spędzone na koncertach i w restauracyjnych ogródkach. Jakie to miłe!
