7 things to try this week

Hello everyone, how's  your weekend going?

Mine is pretty much all about enjoying the weather, getting small chores done and obviously planning the blogposts - and here's one of them coming at you right now! Today I wanted to share with you seven super simple things to do during the seven days of the upcoming week,  that are great for mind, body and soul and will make you feel so so much better immediately.



#1 - wake up 15 minutes earlier than usual
If you keep getting up those 15 minutes earlier for 4 days, you'll get an extra hour in the morning!

#2 - have a glass of hot water with lemon
...on an empty stomach - a perfect way to cleanse your body from the inside.

#3 - try five minute journaling
I have got into it only recently, but it really makes you focus on the moment and be present!

The 5-minute journal app I used is called morning -  you can add daily entries about what made you happy / what you're grateful for and  find new inspiring quotes everyday

#4 - add veggies to your meal
I think further explanations are needless here, just eat. those. greens.

#5 - read a book
I odrered two architecture / interior design books earlier this week and I can't wait to delve into them!

The Interior Design Handbook -  I  have only started reading it, but can't put it down already. Thinking about writing a seprate blogspot about it once I finish so stay tuned!

#6 - check up on your friends 
Go on facetime, call or send a message - whatever you do, they'll be more than happy to hear from you.

#7 - get some fresh air
Go out for a walk, sit on a balcony or simply open the window (wear layers to stay warm!).


And that's all for today folks! Hope you're having a lovely Sunday, and now,  if you don't mind me, I'm about to wrap up in a blanket for the rest of the day, sip on multiple cups of coffee, get some work done and unwind before the week ahead!
