It so conveniently happens that today is Swedish Cinnamon Bun Day, and since I think I'm positive I have finally found the perfect vegan buns in Warsaw, I decided to try and recreate this autumnal treat at home. 

This is the recipe I usedand to be completely honest, it hits right home. It does take time and you really have to put your whole heart to it (not literally tho!!), but the cinnamon aroma that'll fill your home and the rolls themselves are worth it 120%. Combined with coffee they are foolproof to make your day better (unless you're like my boyfriend and loathe cinnamon with all your heart. Now that is a true shame).


Just so you know, I skipped the glaze and added less sugar then the original recipe says and the buns turned out perfectly fine, so it's up to you how sweet you want them to be really! Enjoy:)
