It so conveniently happens that today is Swedish Cinnamon Bun Day, and since I think I'm positive I have finally found the perfect vegan buns in Warsaw, I decided to try and recreate this autumnal treat at home.
This is the recipe I used, and to be completely honest, it hits right home. It does take time and you really have to put your whole heart to it (not literally tho!!), but the cinnamon aroma that'll fill your home and the rolls themselves are worth it 120%. Combined with coffee they are foolproof to make your day better (unless you're like my boyfriend and loathe cinnamon with all your heart. Now that is a true shame).
