It so happened that the first trip this September was to Warsaw, and it's been two whole months since I've been there. From October I'll be coming here regularly for my second year at university, so I feel like this visit was a perfect chance to harness and befriend the city again after the short summer separation. I didn't have that much time, but still managed to check out how's the neighbourhood (even explored some nearby quarters!), stock up on stationery and grab coffee at my favourite place and on top of it all, notice how the streets welcome the new season shyly, waving summer goodbye...
Even though uni won't start for another month, I feel like Septembers are always the time of transition between holiday playfulness and slowly getting back on track with work and duties. Like I said before, I already did some petit shopping for school supplies (in other words: I bought a notebook, since what else would I need, really) This year I also finally decided to go back to swimming regularly because a) I used to love it so much when I was younger b) I feel like this can be so therapeutic and calming, yet beneficial for your stamina and health in general obviously...
