city guide: paris

Paris truly has been everything and more.
As you may or may not know (although I'm pretty sure you do, if you read at least one of my previous posts haha) my two lovely friends and I planned a trip and went to Paris for a couple of days. With its narrow streets and wide boulevards, breathtaking architecture, delishious pastries and dreamy cafes with outdoor seatings, this city was a perfect destination for a late summer getaway and also a place like no other to get inspired of course. You know what they say, "A breath of Paris preserves a soul".

Living there and pretending to be locals (staying in an actual parisian apartment helped a lot), even if it was only for one week, was so refreshing and made me feel so so happy at heart -- going to boulangerie early in the morning and buying fresh-from-the-oven pains au chocolat for breakfast, smelling cigarettes and perfumes when someone passed by, walking everywhere, eating nutella crêpes at midnight... Like I said before, Paris was everything and much, much more, hence why I thought it'll be only right to document my trip on the blog and let the pictures do the talking!

I already can't wait to go back!
xx, Daria
